Q: How do I make an appointment?

Q: How long before the wedding should I book my cake?

A:  Cakes should be booked at least three months before the actual date of the wedding.

 

Q: How long do consultations take?

A: Consultations should take about one hour to an hour and a half generally.

 

Q: What cake flavors are available?

A: The following are the kinds of cakes available.

Fruit, plain, chocolate.

 

Q: Can I mix the flavors of cakes?

A: Yes you may mix cakes and have a combination of them.

 

Q: What if I have my own Design Ideas?

A: We will gladly work in recreating any design ideas that you may have.

 

Q: Can you create cakes from pictures given  to you?

A: Yes, we are capable of reproducing cakes from pictures.

 

Q. Can I use my already baked cakes?

A: We strongly discourage this practice since many cakes do not meet our standards and may be too high, or too low ,or the top and sides not smooth enough.

 

Q: Can you deliver my wedding cakes to the venue for me.

A: Yes. Delivery and setup are part of the service that we render.

 

Q: What are the payment terms?

A: A deposit equal to half of the quotation is required at the time of agreement. The balance is due immediately upon completion, delivery and setup.

 

Q: How do you charge for wedding cakes?

A: Wedding packages start at  $500.00 and up depending on the complexity of the design and other factors.

 

Q: Can I have fresh flowers on my cake to match my bouquet?

A: Yes, depending on availability and weather conditions.

 

Q: For photo cakes, if I am sending it via the net, what must the resolution be?

A: The resolution should be not less than 300 dpi.
